The Sustainable City – Yas Island has secured the prestigious “Estidama 5 Pearl” rating from Abu Dhabi’s Urban Planning Council, marking it as a leader in sustainable urban design.
Developed by Aldar Properties and SEE Holding, this achievement underscores their commitment to creating environmentally friendly, socially responsible, and economically viable communities. The project received the “Estidama 5 Pearl” classification, the highest rating under Abu Dhabi’s Pearl Villa Rating System (PVRS), highlighting its excellence in sustainable design.
